	KUFRI Kufri is a tiny hill station located 19-kms from Shimla and 4.5 KM from our resort ,on the National Highway No.22. It has a Himalayan Nature park and close by is the Indira Tourist Park with HPTDC's Cafe Lalit. Indira Park provides some great views of the nearby places. Here one can enjoy a Pony or a Yak Ride
	CHAIL Chail is hiker's paradise. The area is very peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Shimla. 25-kms from our resort , is the worlds highest Cricket ground. Close by is a National Park, which has limited number of birds and deers.
	JAKHU The Jakhu Temple in Shimla is situated at an altitude of 2455 Mts. The temple is dedicated to lord Hanuman, the monkey god in Indian mythology. Hanuman was the most faithful aide of lord Rama (India’s most revered mythological hero). The temple of Hanuman is in the thick forests of Jakhu hills, and is on top the Jakhu Hill. Jakhu is derived from Hindi word Yakhsa. Yakshas are the mythological character in Hindu mythology, who are a link between human and gods. The original dates of temple is not known, but it is believed to be existing from the times of Ramayana
	HASSAN VALLEY On the drive to our resort , you can watch the mesmerizing 'Hassan Valley' , the thickest coniferous forest in Asia.It is just 8 KM from our resort.
	THE MALL / RIDGE SHIMLA The Mall is the main shopping centre of Shimla. It also has many restaurants, clubs, banks, bars, Post Offices and tourist offices. The Gaiety Theatre is also situated there. People walk up and down the Mall slowly, stopping to gossip, as it is the main meeting place for everyone. The Ridge and Scandal point are the two main meeting points at the Mall.
	ADVANCE STUDY SHIMLA As a residential centre for research, it encourages creative thinking in areas of deep human significance. In this sense the Institute serves as a tribute to the memory of that great seer and profound scholar. The environment of the Institute is eminently suitable for academic pursuits - especially in select areas of the Humanities, Indian Culture, Religion and the Social and Natural Sciences.
